Global Vibe: Traditional African Dances

Mbria is one example of a ritual dance in Zimbabwe where they summon ancestors and tribal spirits. Maasi dance is ceremonial dance where young men would jump as high as they could to show their strength and stamina. Lamban has also been passed down and is used to summon spirits to help tell stories accurately. They are usually danced solo or in a small group
