Sustainable Tourism

According to the UNWTO (United Nations World TravelOrganization) the definition of sustainable tourism is: “Tourism that takes full account of its current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, addressing the needs of visitors, the industry, the environment and host communities.” Unfortunately, flying is an offense - you are adding heavily to carbon emissions every time you travel - so my goal is to try to encourage you to offset your carbon footprint.

Here’s a few things you can do to help reduce your carbon footprint:

Pack light

By toiletries or use hotel products

Bring a small oil to assist in moisturizer

If you're in warm climate - rinse garments

If you're in cold climate - Fabreeze or dry clean (if dryer necessary)

Offset

Walk the city

Eat local

Buy local, tour local and share your knowledge

Bring a shopping bag & water bottle

It's not hard to help. We hope these few tips will become your regular routine in helping the environment.
